Program Prerequisites: Prospective students must be beyond the compulsory age of education, have a High School Diploma or General Equivalent diploma, and or demonstrate a passing score of nineteen (12) on the Wonderlic Scholastic Level Exam test.

Program Description and Educational Objectives: This program is designed with introduction topics that will teach students General business topics and life skills that relate to the work place and life, along with the intricate workings of Personal Computers and how they interact in an office environment. The MOUS portion will introduce trainees to the Microsoft Office Products environment, and students will be introduced to keyboarding, basic business topics in English, computational math and resume writing. The Quick Books portion will introduce students to a basic program that is used in most small business for their accounting records. The students will be introduced to topics such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and other items that will assist an accountant or bookkeeper in the work environment.
Program Summary: This program is offered to prepare individuals expressing a desire to work in the Information Technology field with the skills and theory currently needed in the computer industry, and inform the students of the process necessary for passing certification tests.
The program is intended for those with a high school diploma, GED and the prerequisites as stated above.
Entry level positions for this program will be Help Desk Assistant; Office Suite Positions include Help Desk Analyst, End User Support Specialist, Technical Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeping Assistant and General Office Administration.
